About Our Design
The TUB, TVB, TVD, and TUD Series air‑cooled condensers are engineered to deliver reliable heat rejection across a wide range of industrial refrigeration applications, from compact cold rooms to large tropical installations. All performance data is calculated in accordance with Eurovent EN 328 standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency under internationally recognized testing conditions.
The TUB and TVB Series employ compact coil geometries with 3/8" copper tubes and aluminium fins, optimized for efficiency in medium‑capacity systems. Fin pitches of 2.1–2.5 mm balance airflow and heat transfer, while fan diameters range from Ø500 to Ø800 mm. Configurations extend from single‑fan compact units up to six‑fan systems, with cooling capacities from 17 kW in small applications up to 302 kW in larger installations.
The TVD and TUD Series are designed with 1/2" copper tubes, providing greater tube volume and enhanced performance for heavy‑duty systems. Coil surfaces extend up to 1,238 m², supported by axial fans in configurations from two to ten units. Cooling capacities reach up to 509 kW, making these families ideal for large industrial plants and tropical climates where ambient temperatures can rise to +50°C.
All series feature robust housings constructed from galvanized steel with powder coating, with aluminium options available for enhanced corrosion resistance. Standardized inlet/outlet connections from 7/8" to 3 1/8" ensure compatibility across diverse system designs. Tube volumes range from 3.9 dm³ in compact models to nearly 194 dm³ in high‑capacity units, ensuring proper refrigerant charge management. Fans are designed for airflow rates between 7,000 and 167,000 m³/h, providing efficient heat rejection under demanding operating conditions.
