About Our Design

Our central cooling systems are engineered to deliver reliable refrigeration across large‑scale applications, from cold storage warehouses and food processing plants to industrial facilities in tropical climates. All performance data is calculated in accordance with Eurovent EN 328 standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency under internationally recognized testing conditions.

The systems employ multi‑compressor rack configurations (2X, 3X, and 4X) using semi‑hermetic reciprocating compressors from leading brands such as Frascold, Bitzer, and Dorin. This modular design allows scalable capacity from 20 kW up to more than 500 kW, with redundancy that ensures continuous operation even under partial load.

Optimized coil geometries and high‑efficiency axial fans from EBM‑Papst and Rosenberg provide airflow rates between 10,000 and 200,000 m³/h, balancing heat rejection and energy efficiency. Systems are designed for ambient temperatures up to +55°C, making them ideal for regions such as the Middle East and Africa where tropical duty is essential.

All units feature housings constructed from galvanized steel with powder coating, with aluminium options available for enhanced corrosion resistance. Standardized suction and discharge headers simplify integration into diverse refrigeration networks. Integrated Schneider Electric panels and Eliwell/AKO digital controllers provide precise management, programmable setpoints, alarms, and monitoring.
