Cold Storage
Cold storage is a fully integrated solution designed to preserve perishable goods under controlled temperature and hygiene conditions. By combining insulated panels, specialized doors, refrigeration systems, and digital monitoring, it ensures energy efficiency, durability, and reliable performance across food, pharmaceutical, retail, logistics, and industrial applications.
Core insulation: CFC‑free polyurethane (PUR/PIR) injected at high pressure.
Density: 42 kg/m³.
Panel thicknesses: 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, and 200mm.
Panel width/length: standard widths ~116 cm; lengths available up to 13 meters, to suit project spans.
Joint connection: camlock or tongue‑and‑groove style interlocks for airtight assembly.
Operating temperature: +5°C (chilled) to −25°C (frozen).
Door types: hinged or sliding door
Cooling units : compressors, evaporators, condensers, and air distribution sized to application; humidity control as required.
Controls: Control panels with optional BMS integration via RS/Modbus RTU or TCP/IP.
Finishes: galvanized steel; stainless steel; PVC laminate.
A turnkey cold storage solution engineered for reliable preservation of temperature‑sensitive goods, combining high‑performance insulated sandwich panels, purpose‑built access systems, refrigeration and ventilation, and centralized control into a single integrated system. Panels use high‑pressure injected CFC‑free polyurethane (PUR/PIR) cores at a typical density of 42 kg/m³, with selectable thicknesses to meet chilled and frozen requirements; precision jointing and matched door systems maintain airtightness and minimize thermal bridging. Doors and access solutions are specified to complement panel performance, including hinged, sliding, monorail, sectional, and high‑speed roll‑up options that reduce air exchange and improve throughput. Refrigeration plant and air distribution are sized to hold target temperatures from +5°C to −40°C while controlling humidity and preventing condensation. Control and monitoring are provided locally and optionally via Building Management System integration (RS/Modbus RTU or TCP/IP) for centralized oversight of temperatures, fan speeds, heater circuits, alarms, and diagnostics. Surface finishes are selected for the application—galvanized steel for general use, stainless steel for strict hygiene and washdown environments, or PVC laminate for smooth, washable surfaces—while accessories such as heated frames, anti‑condensation devices, seals, and safety sensors complete the system for energy efficiency, hygiene, fire safety, and operational continuity across food, pharmaceutical, retail, logistics, and industrial applications.
Wall and Ceiling Panel
Our standard wall and ceiling panel production consists of 40 (+/- 2) kg polyurethane injection density. The wall and ceiling panel interior layer is made with 0.50 mm thick the marine plywood as the main floor surface and galvanized steel sheet on at the bottom layer. Similar to the cold room wall and ceiling panels, the floor panels are also produced in 5 different thicknesses. The floor panel has a load capacity of 2,000 kg/m2. Our cold room floor panels are also locked with each other via cam-lock mechanism.
Floor Panel
The floors of walk-in room are either basic or element set. The floor element's surface material is marine plywood, and it can be reinforced with aluminum or stainless steel plate, suitable for heavy-duty use. Cold and freezer rooms can also be installed on top of level concrete floors, beneath which XPS thermal insulation foam is installed.

Our standard floor panel production consists of 40 (+/- 2) kg polyurethane injection density. The floor panel top layer is equipped with 10 mm thick the marine plywood as the main floor surface and galvanized steel sheet on at the bottom layer. Similar to the cold room wall and ceiling panels, the floor panels are also produced in 5 different thicknesses. The floor panel has a load capacity of 2,000 kg/m2. Our cold room floor panels are also locked with each other via cam-lock mechanism.

Optionally, 0.50mm non-slippery stainless steel ( CrNi, 304 ) checkered plate or 1-2 mm Aluminum checkered plate can additionally be reinforced on top of the plywood as the main surface ( see labels ). Additional reinforced plates are ideal for excessive movements on the cold room floors and are much stronger and durable.
Floor Insulation
Cold rooms can be supplied without a floor to facilitate the use of trolleys and roll cages. In such cases, the room should be installed on an insulated surface and the door is provided with a sweeper gasket. The floor can consist of a concrete floor beneath XPS thermal insulated boards.

XPS thermal Insulated board or Extruded polystyrene insulation which it is also known as is manufactured through an extrusion process. This process involves melting together the plastic resin with the other ingredients. The liquid formed is then continuously extruded through a die and expands during the cooling process. This then produces a closed cell rigid insulation.
