About Our Design
The split cooling units are engineered to deliver reliable refrigeration performance across a wide range of applications, from compact cold rooms to large tropical installations. All performance data is calculated in accordance with Eurovent EN 328 standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency under internationally recognized testing conditions.
These systems employ optimized coil geometries with copper tubes and aluminium fins, designed to balance airflow and heat transfer efficiency. Fan diameters range from Ø500 to Ø800 mm, with configurations extending from single‑fan compact units to multi‑fan heavy‑duty systems. Cooling capacities scale from 1 kW in small applications up to 47 kW in larger installations, covering both positive and negative temperature duties.
For tropical climates such as Qatar and Saudi Arabia, the units are designed to operate reliably at ambient temperatures up to +55°C, supported by robust axial fans from EBM‑Papst and Rosenberg. Airflow rates span 7,000 to 167,000 m³/h, ensuring efficient heat rejection even under demanding conditions.
All units feature housings constructed from galvanized steel with powder coating, with aluminium options available for enhanced corrosion resistance. Standardized inlet/outlet connections from 7/8" to 3 1/8" ensure compatibility across diverse system designs. Tube volumes range from 3.9 dm³ in compact models to nearly 194 dm³ in high‑capacity units, ensuring proper refrigerant charge management.
Integrated Schneider Electric panels and Eliwell/AKO digital controllers provide precise system management, including programmable setpoints, alarms, and defrost cycles. Together with compressor platforms from Tecumseh, Embraco, Copeland, Dorin, Frascold, and Bitzer, the design philosophy emphasizes efficiency, reliability, and adaptability.
By combining advanced coil geometry, scalable fan systems, and durable construction, these split cooling units deliver consistent performance and long‑term dependability — whether for compact refrigeration rooms or large industrial plants in tropical environments.
